Since 1991, Back Forty has been invited to compete in the cook-off and every year we work hard to represent the Bay Area and our coveted Authentic Austin recipes.

The team will be heading out of town a few days before the event to get set up, and ready to endure 6 days of smokin’ fun. Though it is always an enjoyable trip, it is a competition, so we will have our focus on bringing home the GOLD again!

So come see and support Back Forty, and enjoy some award-winning ribs while we turn up the heat on the competition at the cook-off!
